Choosing a cushion size
Sizes are the finished cover, measured flat. 18" x 18" (45 x 45 cm) is the everyday sofa size; go up to 20" or 22" for a deeper sofa, down to 16" for an armchair. The 12" x 20" rectangle suits a bed or a bench. If you're filling a pad you already own, choose the cover one size down from the pad for a plump fit.
Cover dimensions are the finished size, not the pad.
